Silver Surfers aims to promote independent living for older people by providing help and training to access the internet and helping older people communicate using email.

How you could help?

• Do you have experience of using the internet and email?
• Would you like to offer some of your time to share your skills and experience to help and support others?

 If the answer is yes, then we may have an opportunity for you.

Silver Surfer volunteers run drop-in sessions at libraries and other venues throughout Warwickshire, which provide opportunities for older people to learn how to use the internet and email in a very friendly and informal setting. Click Drop-ins to view a list of our venues. 

As a volunteer you would receive:

• Support and guidance
• Travelling expenses
