Supported Housing in Nuneaton & Bedworth
There are 33 sheltered schemes which are scheme manager controlled; eight of these are Very Sheltered with a higher scheme manager profile.
The type of accommodation is either a self contained one bedroom flat or a studio apartment. Some schemes have bungalows. All accommodation is centrally heated and charges are included in the rent.
Most schemes have: Communal lounges that are used as meeting places and for social activities. Laundry facilities available free of charge for tenants Guest rooms where friends\relatives can stay overnight for a small charge. Many schemes have free Silver Surfers internet access for tenants.
