Warwickshire Forums (SCAN and CORE)

Warwickshire has ten older people's forum groups across the County, which are run by and for anyone aged 50 or over who lives in the County. The forums give older people the opportunity to discuss issues of importance in their local community, and influence the development of services that are relevant to their lives.

Final Arrangements Booklet

Nuneaton & Bedworth Older People's Forum has produced a booklet designed to help lighten the decisions and arrangements that have to be made by partners and family members when someone dies.

You can record information, the whereabouts of important documents and your choices with regard to your funeral arrangements. The booklets are available to purchase from the OPF meeting at a cost of 50p each.
