Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

PALS provides confidential advice, support and information for Patients and their families. PALS will

- advise and support patients, service users, families and carers;

- provide information on NHS services;

- listen to concerns, and suggestions;

- help sort out problems;

- act independently;

- liaise with staff, managers and health professionals.
