Citizen's Advice BureauCAB is the largest local provider of quality information and advice. The service is free, confidential independent and impartial and is open to everyone. CAB provides general advice on welfare benefits, debt, consumer issues, employment, housing, relationships, legal matters, utilities, tax, community care, health, education, immigration and nationality. The service also provides specialist advice for those in multiple debt and for people with complex welfare benefits problems.
