ActivAge Volunteering

The ActivAge Unit recognises that life changes which occur from mid-life can challenge lifestyles e.g. children leaving home, loss of a partner, early retirement.

If you volunteer and participate in some of our activities and opportunities you will find it enjoyable and it will provide a range of benefits such as:
