North Warwickshire Podiatry service encompasses the areas of: North Warks, Nuneaton, Bedworth and Rugby.

For administration we are divided between 2 main sites:-

* The Orchard Centre also houses clinics for the main Rugby area.

16 chiropodists/podiatrists currently help over 11,000 patients and receive over 4,000 new referrals per year. The service concentrates resources on those most at need, for example people with foot ulcers and those at risk of losing their feet due to severe circulation problems.

How to Access Us

By completing a chiropody application form available from the chiropody/podiatry office.

How Long Will I Have to Wait for an Appointment?

When we receive your form your needs will be assessed using the information that you provide. It is very important to complete the form as fully as possible. An appointment will be sent to you. If you have not heard within 3 months please contact the chiropody office.

Who is Eligible for Treatment?

Anyone - treatment is based on the severity of your chiropodial or medical need, and does not depend on age. For those people with minor problems advice will be given.

What will Happen when I Attend?

Your feet will be examined by a State Registered Chiropodist/Podiatrist who will discuss with you an agreed treatment plan.

What Treatments are Available?

In accordance with your treatment plan, these may involve:-

  • Advice and self-help
  • One-off treatment
  • A course of intensive treatment
  • Routine treatment
  • Insole/orthotic manufacture
  • Nail surgery

Your treatment plan and the condition of your feet will be discussed with you at your visit. This ensures that the treatment you receive is tailored to your specific needs.
